Exercise Tips for the Traveling Gal

Last year I took more than 30 flights – some domestic, some international.  And for those of you doing the math, that means I was flying to different cities at least twice a month. Between client meetings, video shoots, and visiting my long distance boyfriend, 2015 was definitely a year of travel.  And so far, 2016 is putting up the same kind of numbers!

To Lift or not to Lift?

Ladies, I’m not going to lie to you. Every time I enter the weight room at the gym, I feel like all the men stop what they are doing and stare at me. I think part of that is because I am usually the only woman to venture into that specific area of the club.   (I’ll admit, it’s a little intimidating!)
